We have an amazing 200 acre farm with a river, streams, forest and hiking tracks situated 40 minutes North of Whangarei. It's 25 minutes drive from pristine beaches.

We are a small community of people living in harmony together. Life has been busy and the farming and gardening projects are in need of some assistance from helpers.

Current projects include;

Reestablishing Gardens
Making Soil (Ramial Wood Chip from the forest)
Weed Control (cutting, no spray)
Fencing
Building Projects

We have all the equipment you would expect on a usual farm. Cows, sheep, chickens and some wild pigs wander the bush nearby.

Our water comes from a spring. We have good WiFi. You can either stay in your van or tent, or we have a caravan or bus for you to stay in.

As your host I am only available through certain windows during December/January/February as I am working at music festivals around the country.

I am also a beekeeper - so can show you through the beehives.

We are an alternative/open minded community that believes in self sufficiency and self governance. If this sounds like you, it'd be great to have you stay!
