Hey! I’ve brand new to couchsurfing, have a bunch of friends who’ve been saying to check it out for a while and I’m finally taking the plunge!

I moved from Chicago to DC 4 years ago, I work in fundraising for a progressive nonprofit. I’m very extroverted and love to go out to parties and bars, and also am a huge board game, movie, and theater nerd. I love to cook and try new dishes from different cuisines. I’m also taking singing lessons and want to get into photography. I’ve only really done domestic travel - I’ve been saving up time off for a big 2 month Amtrak trip around the country to see America and after that I’ll start doing international travel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Every couple months I host a movie night to watch a foreign film where I cook 10-15 dishes from the country where the movie is from, have done 11 countries so far!
