I have been interested in world travel and in knowing people from other countries. While working with immigrants I learned to love the stories about hteir homes and their adventures in coming to the United States. It made me want to get out and see more of the world and get to know people from other countries and learn about their ideas and culture. It wasn't until a friend of mine told me about Couch Surfing that I realized that both seeing other parts of the world as an adventure and meeting more people from other countries could be possible. I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge through personal interaction.

I am eclectic and enjoy all sorts of music from all over the world. I grew up in the 80's so those tend to be my go-to music choices but will listen to anything if the mood strikes me.
