About Me
Hi and thanks for checking out my profile. I have joined Couchsurfing ahead of a 6 month career break; I am so excited to spend this time travelling southeast and east Asia, learning about different cultures and creating memories.
I am a relaxed and sociable person who loves an interesting conversation, to see the funny side of things, and to receive and share recommendations on anything: books, films, music, places to travel to!
I am curious about the world and love to try new things, especially food - so please introduce me to your favourite cuisines! I enjoy cooking and would be really happy to cook for you if you invite me into your home :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love the idea of staying with people who live wherever I'm visiting - who better to learn about these places from?
I want to step outside of the comfort of hotels/hostels and understand local perspectives. It is so generous of people to open their doors to travellers - I hope to repay that generosity by sharing stories, having fun, and hopefully creating some memories together!
