I enjoy meeting new people and experiencing as much as I can in as many places that I can. traveling is essential to my well being and I try to get away at least once a year I enjoy outdoor activities like fishing, diving, camping, exploring, festivals, parties, cultural experiences. the ocean is one of our last freedoms I hope one day to live on the ocean and pay no rent live off the ocean and travel with the wind

I should have joined sooner. I have just recently joined and using it as a way to see the places I visit from a local perspective. everyone lives some where and I know that visiting NZ as a tourist is completely different to actually experiencing it as a local. basically couch surfing is a way to have mates in another country before having friends in another country. hoping to host after I get back from USA and Mexico.

I was raised on an island not so much my doing but I think its an amazing thing that I have experienced. also got kicked off stage on a cruise ship performing stand up comedy it was amazing

I can play bits of songs on the guitar by no means a musician but I can teach you what I know. I can show you how to fish. I can share my humor and culture and teach you a few Māori words or a haka.
