Hello!

My name is Josh Snodgrass. I love to meet new people, and while I must admit I have never done couch surfing before, it seems like an interesting way to meet new people all while being able to travel without laying thousands of dollars on hotels. I am a Fire Fighter and an E.M.T. And I have been for the past 3 and a half years. I am 22 going on 23 .

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am about to have my first baby. That's the main reason I have created this account. My girlfriend lives in Alaska, and I am trying to couch surf to be able to see my child be born. She lives with her parents and the house is a little small. So I will be at her home during the day. I don't want to have to spend thousands of dollars to be able to stay in a hotel for 3 - 4 weeks. So any amount of time that a host would be able to offer is GTEATLY appreciated.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've had the opportunity countless times to be the helping hand in someones worst moments. Being a fire fighter and an E.M.T. has allowed me to see things most people have not. Whether it be something as serious as crawling through a burning building, a major medical event, or something as mild a cat "stuck" in a tree.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am able to help around the hosts home. Cleaning, taking out garbage, ETC. I can either keep to myself, or be a super talkative person with lots of stories, depending on if the host is talkative or not.
