I am an expert skier. I have basic outdoor emergency medicine experience. I know a fair amount about nutrition and diet. I meditate. I practice yoga. I graduated from the University of Michigan with a BS in Environmental Chemistry and another BS in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. I have experience backpacking in Colorado, Michigan and Hawaii, Vietnam, Laos and India.
