Overview
About Me
I’ve always believed that life’s richness comes from the people we meet, the stories we exchange, and the shared experiences that shape us. Ten years ago, I set off to Malaysia to work with indigenous communities. Since then, my path has unfolded across many landscapes—inner and outer—as a yoga instructor, creative seeker, legal practitioner and student of life’s mystery.
Now in my Saturn return, I live with a commitment to sacred living: a life guided by connection, discipline, intuition, and joyful exploration. I teach yoga (asana, pranayama, meditation), manage retreats, practice Reiki, offer consultations in both astrology and tarot, and explore creative expression through movement, the elements, writing, and sound.
My presence is warm, grounded, and open. I value genuine conversation, shared silence, nourishing meals, and the subtle rituals of everyday life. I travel not just to see places, but to tune into the energy of each space, meet kindred spirits, and grow through every encounter.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I use Couchsurfing as a way to connect meaningfully while traveling. I love the reciprocity of it—the generosity, the trust, the way it turns strangers into teachers, friends, or even family. I’m often solo on the road, and being invited into someone’s home, rhythm, and story adds an intimacy to travel that hostels or hotels can’t offer.
Right now, I’m flowing between places while I deepen my yoga practice, learn new healing modalities, and follow creative inspiration where it leads. Couchsurfing allows me to move in a slower, more human way—rooted in real exchange.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books: I've found myself on a journey of Paulo Coelho right now! The Alchemist, The Devil and Miss Prim, The Valkyries and now the Witch of Portobello.
Other works I've loved include the Hunger Games anthology, The God of Small Things, The 7 Moons of Mali Almeida.
Music: Depends on the mood! I can be drawn to flute, ambient, classical Indian ragas, and acoustic sounds that feel alive; but I can also be down to rave to drum & base, house and psytrance. Love me some funk, disco and soul too.
Movies: Spiritual or poetic cinema, slow storytelling, movies that provoke us to think again about human nature and the state of our societies, or documentaries that stir the soul.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Taught English and lived among the orang asli in rural Malaysia as a teenager—and learned more from them than any university could offer.
