ABOUT ME

I am cuurently travelling through Europe to learn more about my occupation, Cheffing. I managed to find a job in something that I love doing, cooking and experimenting with food and flavour. My fiance Aimee: Loves people and animals (is also a vegetariann, much to my disappointment J.K.!) and LIFE! She is an easy going kiwi girl who is fun and enthusiastic.

PHILOSOPHY

Yesterday happened, tomorrow will happen, but today will always be today, live it to the fullest!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Helping to get New Zealand on the world map! A lot of people say they would love to go there, but never do. It should be on the top 10 list of places to go! I might be asking for a little too much , but hey, I'm a kiwi. you gotta love us!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have only had one experience so far and that was with a guy called Giorgio. Aimee's brother reccommended him to us and we are very thankful for it. This guy went totaly out of his way to show us what it was like in Milan and where he grew up, Varesse. We hope that one day we can return the favour!

Hard question! The most amazing thing..... proposing to Aimee and traveling the world, if only a small portion so far, with her. The most amazing thing to see so far I think has to go to Venice. seriously, it's built on water!
