Hey hey! I'm Josh. I grew up in Byron Bay but now live in Bondi. Prior to Bondi, I spent about a decade abroad, living in many different countries, including Nicaragua, France, the UK, Kenya, Sweden, Iraq and Mongolia and travelled to many more, for both work and leisure. I previously worked as a journalist and photographer, specialising on humanitarian disasters. Throughout my travels, I had the pleasure of staying with so many wonderful humans and now that I'm settled in Bondi I look forward to paying it forward and offering my space to other travelers passing through. You must enjoy the company of dogs as I have a three year old border collie named Poppy, who is rather loving and so will force you to give her some cuddles.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I used Couchsurfing for a few years while I lived abroad. Now that I'm settled in Bondi, I want to pay it forward by offering my space to other travelers.

Interests

I will literally show interest in anything. However, my key interests would include politics, especially foreign affairs, history, social issues, environmental issues, literacy and anything to do with the outdoors, such as hiking, camping, snorkeling, surfing etc.
