Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Invest in people
ABOUT ME
Honor, integrity, and the ability to put people at ease. I have travelled all over the world so I no longer make assumptions or judge other people or cultures. I have come to realize that there is no "one way" in life and each person you come across can introduce you to an entirely new way of living and thinking. I love people for that sole reason each conversation has the ability to teach you something.
PHILOSOPHY
Take a chance and jump.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Until I close on my house in Hawaii I am willing to take CS'ers around the island and show them some of the my favorite spots.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Still new; check back in a year
Interests
Taking a chance. To many people sit back and list all the excuses in the world for never taking a chance at life. I learned a long time ago that life is a fleeting thing and its better to risk it all and take chances then to find yourself in a bed one day wishing you would have. As a result of living like that I spent 6 years working overseas and now I can afford the time to enjoy life. I spend my days here in Hawaii exploring new hikes, beaches, breaks, bars, concerts, art/poetry shows, and pretty much anything else thrown in my way. I love taking pictures and you won't find me without my camera very often. Hawaii has brought out the inner kid in me that was buried while I was working in the business world and for that I love Hawaii.

Music, Movies, and Books
Love reading so pretty much any book left around I will read. As far as movies go I have nothing I am not willing to watch at least once.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Coming home from Iraq the first time. Stepping off the plane back on US soil was an amazing feeling.
Surviving several days in Allepo, Syria during the battle for Allepo last August. I went there thinking I was prepared and I thankfully walked away realizing it was the most dangerous place I have ever been (worse then Iraq/Afghanistan)
Spreading my Fathers ashes here in Hawaii last April when he passed away. I came to respect and appreciate all that Hawaii offers.
