I am firm believer that the best way to understand life is to experience things first hand and keep your mind open along the way. I am quite active physically and enjoy thinking about all the questions in this life that have yet to be answered. I love using my senses to soak up the world around me. I shared an account with my former wife; we surfed once to Iceland and hosted several times. I have little surfing or hosting on this account, but have had excellent experiences in the past.

I hosted Ally and Josh for a few days at the end of their honeymoon here in Iceland. Both of them are such lovely people and really helpful around the house! A+ surfers all in all. I really enjoyed their company and we had some good talks.

Ally and Josh agreed to host me even though I was a complete noob at couchsurfing and wrote them with just a days notice. They made my first couchsurfing experience much better than I could have imagined. They are both extremely friendly and easy to be around and I felt relaxed at once. Lucky for me, Josh had some spare time during the day that he spent showing me the area. They are both very interesting people, and I learned a lot from our discussions and my experience staying with them. I can only recommend them both as hosts and guests (I imagine). I hope one day to be able to return the favor in Denmark!

I have spent the last 10 years traveling with a band. I have been to many countries and hundreds of cities. While working, most of my time is dedicated to tasks and I am confined to music venues. I am looking to travel on my own and to step out on to limb more than I have in the past.
