Hello!
My name is Josh and I'm currently backpacking with my partner Hannah (24) across Australia. We are a very laid back and friendly couple. Our interests include music, art, science, history, gardening, photography, travelling (obviously) and meeting new people. We are both from quiet towns in the UK and are very well mannered and will make terrific guests I'm sure.

Ideally we would like to use couchsurfing to meet people in cities across Australia who could help us get to know the local area better and point us in the right direction for work, whilst also taking a bit of the financial strain out of finding accomodation.

Josh - I listen to a lot of varied music styles. Classic rock, punk, reggae, ska, folk, bluegrass, blues, dub with a lot of world music peppered in between. Movie wise I like gritty, harsh movies where everyone dies and noone falls in love. With books I either read non fiction or fantasy dystopian kinda stuff.

Hannah - My taste isn't as wide as Josh's (yet he has introduced me to some interesting msuic!) My favourite msucian is Tyaor Swift as I have grown up with her from country roots to now urban pop. I also love musical theatre and love blasting out a good showtune now and again. I love any kind movie really, except horror, and I could read for days.. my favourites include Cassandra Clare, Harry Potter a few old classics and anything fantasy based.

Josh - Either attending the Grammies in Los Angeles after winning a competition for a music video I produced or dog sledding under the Northern Lights in Norway.

Hannah - Either swimming with sting rays in Perth or watching the sunrise over Angkor Wat in Cambodia.
