What is me? I think that's the first problem to solve. Well, we could look towards the realm of psychology and philosophy, but i'm of the opinion they're two halves of the same coin, and that coin is made of bull****.

I prefer a logical progression of thought based on verifiable evidence. Philosophy touts the former as supreme, while psychology boasts of the latter, yet philosophers made many implicit assumptions when proving their arguments and psychology has yet to show me a study where they truly only measured one variable of the near-infinitely complex human mind.

Unfortunately for me, I'm also really stupid, so I can't answer that question myself. I just find faults with the schools of thought that claim to present solutions.
