Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's a great way to get to know the locals of the different cities I plan on traveling to. They can warn me of tourist traps, and show me where the truly interesting spots are.

Currently, I will be doing the surfing rather than the hosting, just because, financially, I'm not there yet. But when I get my own place, I'll be sure to repay the favor to other travelers.

Music: Anything but todays pop country haha. I really like psychedelic rock, synth pop, 70's Funk, and indie guitar music.

Movies: Most anything by Woody Allen, Wes Anderson, Quentin Tarantino, Richard Linklater, Christopher Nolan. But I'm really into anything other than Horror movies.

Books: The Hobbit, Brave New World, anything by Bukowski or Vonnegut. But mostly I read non-fiction.
