Overview
About Me
I take life one day at a time... I enjoy the small things of life and see humor in most everything. If you hang out with me for more than an hour, you're going to hear at least a couple wordplay jokes or groan-worthy dad jokes.
PHILOSOPHY
I live my life for God the best i can.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
If you so happen to travel to Central Wisconsin, I'd love to host you or make arrangements as you need. I believe greatly in being as hospitable as possible and I love the Couchsurfing community.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
So far, great! I've had two great experiences in Sacramento, a fantastic time in Abu Dhabi, and some visits to Germany! We've hosted a few people stopping through Wausau and I've enjoyed every interaction with guests and even was able to meet up with some later on in their home city!
Interests
I love working with my mind and with my hands equally. My life definitely shows that with how my workshop and my office is laid out. I pursue my interests deeply, but it's hard when there are so many to choose from! It used to be an issue when I was young trying to find my way in the world, but I've since then embraced it and now just go from hobby/interest to hobby/interest learning as much as I can and moving to the next one, using the learned knowledge to help me or others with whatever comes up.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love Devin Townsend Project, DeadMau5, Everything Everything, The Dear Hunter, Air, Apes & Androids, Igorrr, Fjokra, anything by Rachmaninoff...
Any book by Frank Peretti, Michael Heiser, or Michael Crichton.
Movies-wise: I work in video production because of my love for movies and film. I have so many to pick from, I'll have to add this later, but feel free to ask me when you see me!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I own real estate and have flipped several properties. I’ve learned a lot and continue to grow learning everything about the guts of a place and how things work in buildings.
I've been a video production freelancer for over 10 years, and am really happy with how far I've come in my experiences with that including projects with Discovery Channel (Strange Criminals), Aspirus Hospital (TV Spots), MTV (Catfish Season 3), Lifetime (Tiny House Nation - Family Edition), The Weather Channel (live shots throughout the state), National Fox News (Live shots - Election Coverage), ESPN (Green Bay Packers Coverage) and Universal Studios (Sing -2016 Film)
Teach, Learn, Share
I love teaching tech tips or help fix any tech issue you may have and have enough mechanic experience to help diagnose car issues one might have. I love discussing the current areas of debate in the country, and I love to do it over plenty of coffee, espresso drinks, and tea!
I'm a problem solver to the extreme with a wide range of knowledge. I'll help where I can, and sometimes that involves just listening.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I have a medium sized (fits height of a 6 foot person) couch that is long enough to stretch out on. I keep a tidy place and always provide clean sheets, a towel, and a pillow or two, but we also aren't filtering the house through a HEPA filter if you know what I mean.
