Hello! My name is Josie Blankenship. I am a huge outdoor and travel enthusiast. I am also an artist. My passion is writing poetry. I am in the process of publishing two anthologies. I enjoy music, painting, drawing, and other artistic endeavors. I am looking forward to backpacking through Europe this summer with my boyfriend Sean!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My boyfriend and I are saving up to backpack through Europe this summer! We are wanting to couchsurf so we can experience the cultures of the countries we are visiting instead of merely being a tourist.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Josie: Hiked 101 miles on the Pacific Crest Trail and published a book of poetry called In The Offing!

Sean: Hiked 2,600 miles on the Pacific Crest Trail and traveled the United States in my van for two years shooting free promotional videos for nonprofit organizations.
