Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have only just recently learned of couch surfing but am excited to open my apartment in Charleston, SC, to fellow surfers when I am in town. I plan to start my first experience couch surfing this month, as I travel with a friend from California down into Mexico.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My only experience thus far has been the interactions I've had with couch-surfers hosted by a friend of mine (I never even knew couch surfing was out there). It was so inspiring, that I signed up myself, and I plan to begin my first couch surfing adventure in a couple of weeks.

Interests

I love learning and growing, exploring, and adventure. I love meeting new people, connecting deeply with people, old friends, good conversations, trying new things, art, dancing, rock climbing, creating, being outside, the wind and the sea, things that go fast, puppy dogs and horses, most things, really... A sense of purpose, kindness, a job well-done, being inspired, laughter... it is a beautiful world... What isn't interesting...

I speak Thai and used to speak Spanish (I'd like to learn more). I have completed 2.5 years of medical school. I am EMT certified, yoga instructor training certified, been trained as a white water raft guide, have taught ballroom dance,and enjoy SCUBA diving, among other things.
