Hi ! My name is Josseline !

I’m about to become a fifth year pharmacy student from Reims, the city that has seen the coronation of so many kings and city of good champagnes ! And if you are curious about my face, let me tell you that I am mixed french and lao :).

This year I was an exchange student in Madrid. In the past I've also once tried the Au Pair experience in Taipei for some time, for 3 months to be more precise.
The family was so sweet and funny as well as the friends that I made this year in Spain...This is why I want to keep meeting people and sharing my experience with them !

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I’ve always been curious about people from other countries ! I like the idea of meeting, exchanging and sharing. I especially like to learn languages with native people !

As for how I discovered Couchsurfing, well, my brother-in-law had discovered it while he was traveling around Europe in bicycle ! Back in France, he accepted the request of a girl coming from Hong Kong. And as I visited my sister the same week, I met her and became friends with her. 7 years later, we are still friends and chatting together frequently ! Isn’t this a good reason to try the experience once again ?

兴趣

As I previously said, I looove to learn languages, understand their cultures and traditions but on a more practical side, I also like to take care of my body and spirit efficiently by reading everyday before bed and working out every other day. I secretly wish I could someday try arm-wrestling and finally win against someone. Be ready !

I also enjoy playing some video games, from indie to RPG...Once again I am open to try any kind of game !

音乐、电影和书籍

I’m not very picky in terms of movies. I really like all types of films, and recently I started being been interested in Asian cinema, but maybe you could show me your favorite movie ?

As for my musical tastes, I also listen to pretty much everything, it’s really according to my mood, it can be heavy metal, funk, rock, electro, lo-fi...

About classical literature, I have to admit the fact that I am quite proud of the cultural heritage that I got from growing up in France ! I also appreciate Murakami and Poe’s works...If you have any recommendation once again :)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Traveling at the age of 14 with my best friend in the USA for 2 months. The experience was incredible and allowed us to improve our level of English. Now that I think about it, travelling that young was dangerous but it was 1000% worth it !
