Rio de Janeiro born and raised, educated both in Portuguese and German, tried many sports, but surfing is definitely my passion. Still swim very often and hit the gym a couple times a week. Love to walk or cycle to contemplate nature.

Lawyer but not currently practicing. Nowadays helping in the family restaurant.

Brewing some good lagers and ales. Real good draft beers. Original home brew!

Recently discovered Couchsurfing because a friend of a friend and was persuaded by the friend to try it out and here I am, because it looks too good not to!

Seriously, I love to share, first and foremost! Experiences, help, drinks, meals, ideas, places, sunsets even traumas (no one have to with-go the same problems!).

And this place seamed the perfect location to safely do this, so...let's give it a try!

Can't say it was amazing from everyone's point of view...and I am not sure amazing on what count...

But I had memorable days surfing the waves of Macumba Beach, way over 6'5 feet of solid and massive walls of water.

Even survived a near death experience in one of these times...

Does that count as something amazing?

C'mon...I am just a regular guy!
