ABOUT ME

I am pretty easy going, get along with most people, I am sensitive but flexible and agreeable. Enjoy open, honest communication, genuinely getting to know other people. I enjoy socializing but can be a little shy when first meeting someone. I am a student of Eckhart Tolle, Guru Singh, Heather Ash Amara, and Tom Robbins! I like to get to bed at a reasonable hour (but rarely do). I am an omnivore who eats local, organic and grass fed meat as much as possible. 95% of the food I eat I make myself because I have special dietary needs as a result of getting my digestive tract wrecked by lymes disease. gluten-free dairy-free garlic-free being the main big bad ones. I do love cooking, though, and sharing food :)

PHILOSOPHY

Life is exactly what you make of it. What you expect to receive, you will manifest: positive or negative. Everything in the universe is divine and we are all part of the same whole. Listen to your soul, trust and do what it tells you: it is the only way to feel truly fulfilled.

Healthy eating/living. I love animals, I have worked with dogs the past 4 years, I am pursuing a career in dog training. I love being outside, if I had my way I'd be living like the native Americans of 700 hundred years ago. Hiking camping swimming walking biking. I practice kundalini yoga and qi gong and am very spiritually focused.

I can tell you how to read dog body language, why there is no such thing as an aggressive breed, why fermented foods are the best things you can put in your body, the location and purpose of each chakra, explain and practice kundalini yoga with you, show you basic cooking if you know absolutely nothing about it yet, show you basic ukulele if you know absolutely nothing about it, and I know how to butcher up a whole rabbit! other random things too, i'm sure.
