ABOUT ME

Heyyy all! Im Julie, a beginner in that couchsurfing magical world. Im working in a chemical company. Boriiing uuuhhh? Not really but I just need to spice up my life (remind you of a great band back in the 90's.. forget about it..) I just love travelling & meeting people: I feel like I havent done 1% out of what I wanna see on Earth, but life is long, and opportunities have to be grabbed everyday! I'd say im a down-to-earth and smiley person. And I never know what I should write to describe myself. DunkinDonuts' White Hot Chocolate fan. Travels, friends & giggles.

PHILOSOPHY

“When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.” Not really personal, from Paulo Coelho, but it motivates me. Sometimes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm a beginner. Learning curve really likely to rise! I'll do my best

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

No experience at all, but heard so many good things about it. One of my friend got her "survival food" & shoes eaten by her couchsurfs dog at night. Made me smile.

Music, Movies, and Books

Randomly I'd say Paulo Coelho & the Brontë sisters.
Red Hot Chili Peppers, Beatles, Kooks, Fray, Alicia Keys, Kings of Leon, Juanes, Nelly Furtado. Like listening to samba & batucada. Brazilian music cheered me up so many times.
As for the movies, I'd say Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The Untouchables, and Toy Story.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seen the Loch Ness in Scotland. I swear. Ahha :)

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach me any kind of stuff. I'll be glad to discover what you're good at. If its languages, I'll appreciate it even more! French, English, Portuguese, Spanish, a few words in Chinese, Swedish, Danish, Polish, German... :P From all my lovely exchange friends (only nasty words of course.. :/)
Share your experience with me, your travels & your dreams!
