Overview
About Me
Curious, adventure-seeker workaholic. 🤭 Besides my regular job (dull HR) I teach English and salsa dance to adults. I have also started learning Spanish and Tango, so I like to keep busy as yoj can see 😄 Seriously, though, I have a passion for this since I love meeting new people, learning new things and sharing experiences.
I have lived in Belgrade since 1999 but have been daydreaming about living near the seaside. Since that's not the option for the time being, at least I go and travel to countries luckily situated at the sea.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
This is my first time couchsurfing 🤭
I've checked it out before and even wanted to host people, but since my tiny apartment doesn't allow it, I could put this into action.
For the first time in my life, I am travelling by myself for a few days. I am leaving a few days ahead of my friends since the timing of our annual holiday didn't really align. It's also a way to get out of my comfort zone and try what's it like travelling on my own, even for a few days.
Interests
I have been dancing salsa since 2016, and I just started with my tango classes. I am happy to be near people who share the same interests, and people who dance are generally quite positive, upbeat and friendly.
In my quiet time, I love reading books on history, psychology or a good novel. I dislike trash books that you don't have anything to say about after reading. What I miss from college is having the time to discuss the books we read and share insights on them.
Lastly, I've been trying to utilise the face that I live in the capital city of Belgrade and have museums galore to visit. Every time I have a weekend off, I try to go to an exhibition or a museum. There are a lot of great things to see here for sure.

Music, Movies, and Books
Latino music, US Pop and Sebian turbo-folk - a fun mix 😄
Not so much into movies as I am in series, but I like reading books.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've gone backbacking by train around Europe 🇪🇺
Teach, Learn, Share
I guess I can teach English and dance, but I'd rather use this experience of couchsurfing to learn and share knowledge equally.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Salsa moves for sure! But first and foremost, I am very laid back with any sort of plans. We can do something together, I will for sure have a list of places I'd like to visit 😊
Countries I’ve Visited
Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Greece, Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Tunisia, Turkey
