ABOUT ME

I try to use every possibility to see a beautiful spot. I like to know new openminded people.

From the past :

I was born in southeastern part of Slovakia called Zemplín (also home of the Tokaj wine). Till I got 18 I lived there, but then decided to study at the university (and I picked Constantine the Philosopher's in Nitra).
Nowadays I try to find a field of research that can satisfy me... I'm a little bit neurotic and muddle-headed, but still shiny smiling and nice. Try me!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

First experiences were hosting a guy from Austria and serving as a city guide for a man from Izrael through a really straight and prompt man Pavel (CS member). This encounters assured me of perspectiveness of this CS project. If everyone (in this community) is like them, then it would be a pleasure for me to host anyone!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

First few months after registration I tried to find some couches in Italy and Spain, but without evident success. One day I got a call from a Couchsurfer in Nitra and from that moment I met 4 CS people (from which one I hosted). I'm still impressed by the community that is created by so generous a nice people...

Interests

I like jogging and hitchhiking, but none of this can be done in a rainy weather and that irritates me. I've got only one pure passion in my life, and it's history (that's why I've chosen it for my university studies). And with that passion is connected reading. I like many literature genres, especially reflexies, absurdity and humorous things.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really enjoy watching movies, especially those classics with Audrey H, Peter O'T., Jack N. and a lot of others. I like classic music, ska, rock and lot of other subgenres ;) And if you want to know something about what I read, you have to come to see my books (got a really small library :-))

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It all began in Mukachevo town in Zakarpatsko, Ukraine. I was "on the road" with my best friend and where looking for some place to stay. Had no contacts there and were lost. The night had fallen and we started to feel a little bit incovenient as some guy tried to convince us to go drinking with him. There our luck arrived; a knight on a shiny horse (bike), I felt like a little princess in a fairy tale. He saved us from bad guy and offered his house as a shelter for two wanderers. He was really a great guy; straight frank and kind and his mum made the best borsch for us that I've ever eaten.
