One can only really travel if one lets oneself go and takes what every place brings without trying to turn it into a healthy private pattern of one's own and I suppose that is the difference between travel and tourism. -Freya Stark

ABOUT ME: My 2.5 year old son and I are going to travel the USA. I have been to 50 countries all over this beautiful world and now it is time to check out my own country. I love American people who are open to learning about other cultures and want to see what life is outside of the American bubble. I feel that America is going through a change and embracing the old ways back into our lives. Something that is so much needed and exciting to watch and be a part of.

My son sleeps with me and loves people, kids, all types of animals and playing outside. He loves playing with other kids and exploring new houses that have toys. He has been around the world 5 times in his short life and is a very easy kid to be around.

I love being outside, hiking, kayaking, participating in outdoor activities, dancing, meeting new people,learning new things, trying new foods, learning how to cook new recipes, checking out new countries and places and helping make this world a better place.

PHILOSOPHY

I live every day trying to make myself a tad bit better then yesterday. I love making people smile and helping others. I eat healthy most of the time and I know how to cook the healthy stuff so good that most people love it. I live my life knowing that this life that we have been given is precious and we only have one chance to life it.

I have surfed in Frankfurt, Delhi, Bangalore, Hong Kong, Bali, Vietnam and Thailand so far and have met amazing people and learned many things. Couchsurfing is a wonderful way to meet great people and see the insiders view of a place your visiting. Now to explore my own country!

WOW.I am interested in almost anything, especially stuff that matters. I love learning and have an open mind. One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The list is to long to put on here. I have white water rafted in Australia,Bali, Costa Rica and Colorado..climbed the Eiffel Tower twice..been all over Europe..been to the Great Wall of China, dived in Bali, Thailand and Australia and I keep exploring..never know what will turn up next. Diving in Guam, Caving in Alabama, Rappelling in Tennessee, elephant riding in Thailand, diving in Thailand, trecking in Thailand, visiting temples in Cambodia and exploring India..... lets see what else I can add to this list. :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach about cooking, cook you some amazing American or Indian food , talk about business, having fun and thinking positive. I would love to learn how to cook food from other counties.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Help around the house, new recipes and I can cook a meal or two if your open to someone using your kitchen.
