ABOUT ME

I feel that with the right people, anywhere in the World is home! I am a very light-hearted person that enjoys meeting new people and learning about different cultures, and not just in a touristy way! I am always happy to help out with cleaning up, or offering to cook a meal in return for having a couch to stay on. I am half German/half American and currently living in Vienna, Austria. I am interested in art, nature, music, dancing, and sharing stories on the differences and similarities between our cultures!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At this time, I am not able to offer a couch- but hopefully I'll be able to change this section soon to offer a place for people to rest and enjoy a relaxing moment with a cup of tea and a good story or two to swap.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed for the first time in August of 2010 in Illinois! The experience was so rewarding that I am inspired to be a part of this community and open up to a whole new way of traveling!

兴趣

I am completely interested in art! Being a painter, if there is ever a chance to explore a museum or local arts, then I am there! I also really enjoy reading, listening to music, walking in nature,taking pictures of trees, eating chocolate and drinking tea.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have gone hang-gliding in the Swiss Alps...it was the most closest experience I have had to being a bird-and it was amazing to be so close to-and part of-nature.

I love to learn from what others have to offer, especially new languages and different types of tea! Some interesting things I may be able to share: Painting techniques, origami, cooking different foods, music, and I am open to learning and sharing whatever I can offer.
