About Me
CURRENT MISSION
In the end, before I close my eyes for the last time, all I will care about are all those memories I have that were so perfect that a picture doesn't do it justice. My mission in life is to find and live in those moments and share them with those I meet.
ABOUT ME
I'm a pretty simple guy. I am recently separated from the U.S. Army and I'm now trying my hand in the civilian world. I was in 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment for my entire 7 year career and served several duty positions over 6 deployments to both Iraq and Afghanistan. After I got out, I took a job as the Head Coach and Program Director of BLPF CrossFit in Meadville, PA. My hobbies include traveling to West Virginia to go rock climbing, skiing in Colorado, playing music, a great glass of scotch...and of course...my good friend Baxter! He's so wise! Like a miniature Buddha covered in hair...
PHILOSOPHY
Go, Go, Go, all the time go! Again, life is short, so LIVE IT!!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am the Head Coach and Program Director of BLPF CrossFit. This affords me the opportunity to both attend and instruct seminars around the country. While staying in hotels is sometimes very comfortable, it adds an unneeded expense to my pocket. That is why I couchsurf. Aside from the expense, it's a great way for America to get back in touch. In middle eastern countries, everyone who builds a home is required by Islamic law to build a guest room/house. If a traveler passes by, it is the home owner's obligation to offer them a place to stay for the night. This to me is America's version of that.
