About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Leave my mark in every country where I go ....

ABOUT ME

I have spirit of adventure and looking for people with the same spirit. I used to work at the IT area but a couple years ago I gave up that and started cooking and working as a chef. That was of the things I'm most proud of in my life. And is also something that I reccomend to everyone: follow your dreams!

PHILOSOPHY

The Good is to do the impossible !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on CS because I'd love to discover new cultures and new people. I work as a chef at a hotel so I'd love to discover new foods from different cultures. Everytime that I travel I often go to discover new foods and spices and stuffs like that so let's talk about it and of course about other interesting subjects.
Even if you can't be my host nor my guest, let's hang out! Maybe I could cook something for you and I would love to eat some foods from your country as well!

Interests

Everything related to cooking and to food grabs my attention hahahah I work as a chef and I love what I do so I would love to discover new spices, new foods and even new ways of cooking something that I already know. I thing that's one the the things of CS that I love, this possibility to really go deeper and try and discover new things in the place I'm at.

Music, Movies, and Books

Eclectic to the extreme, open to new cultural experiences. I would love to discover new songs, new bands, new books and of course new movies. Here are some of my favourite:

Musics:
La franela, Hacer un puente: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I8cnKNB2WIk

Henrique e Diego, Malbec: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_5nzuG8XydA

Books:
Vie de France, James Haller;
Comedias para se ler na escola, Luis Fernando Verissimo;
Cozinhar, Michel Pollan

Movies:

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did some crazy things hahah but the one I'm most proud of would be visiting Machu Picchu. First the nine hours inside a van to get to the trail that take us to there hahaha After that more 3 hours walking nearby the train pathway. What a amazing view I had during this walking! It was difficult of course hahah but really payed off! For sure! When I got there it was really good but the hole way to get thare was even more special for me! That's way I love to travel because you can see those very different things from what you see day by day...

Teach, Learn, Share

I work as a chef so cooking is one of the things that I like the most! So everything related to that is one of the things that I could share and teach to my CS friends. I would love to cook for you some brazilian foods and also would love if you could cook for me some typical food from your country!

What I Can Share with Hosts

As I said, cooking is something that I love so of course I would cook something for even. You don't need to be my host for me to do that with and for you. Let's hang out, cook something and discover new things!
