About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Fulfill a dream by traveling Europe for 2 weeks on an extremely tight budget...
ABOUT ME
So I work to travel and am happiest when I'm outdoors, on a beautiful island, or visiting a country for the first time. I am big into anything with a little edge like rock climbing, whitewater rafting, skydiving, etc. Life is about controlled risk and getting the most out of everyday. It's way to short not to.
PHILOSOPHY
Live each day like its my last and plan for the future like it will never end.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I recently joined this amazing network of caring and outgoing individuals. I am excited to become more involved and welcome anyone to come to sleep on my couch any day of the week.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've always enjoyed staying with friends I've made around the country. I have never couch surfed using this service but am planning a 2 week Europe trip in which I really hope to be able to make some new friends and experience couch surfing for the first time!
Interests
I love meeting new friends, taking in the great outdoors, visiting the sights of the world, going on cruises, laying on the beach, reading a good book, playing hockey, volleyball, and some occasional ultimate Frisbee. As said earlier, I enjoy rock climbing and am excited for this summer to get into it more.

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to any kind of music really. I think I have about every genre on my ipod. As far as movies go, I would have to include Braveheart, Batman Begins, Gladiator, Dumb and Dumber etc. I love to read and just finished an amazing book called And There Was Light. I also really enjoyed The Da Vinci Code, Tuesday's With Morrie, The Life of Pi, To Kill a Mocking Bird, and Night (just to mention a few).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of the most amazing things I've ever done was to work the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, Utah. It was absolutely amazing to see the way the athletes train their entire lives for something they feel so patiently about. It was an amazing experience. One in which I really found out what it means to work so hard for something you believe in.
