to further myself as a human being by experiencing parts of the world i havent seen, and eating as much good food as my stomach can handle

ABOUT ME

i am currently living in umbria, italy, working in the restaurant at an estate that has apartments, vinyards, olive tree fields, some of the most beautiful views ive seen, and a wonderful cat named lex. i have been cooking for about 8 years now, and have through these 8 years, i have discovered a huge love, passion, and respect for food. i want to learn all there is about it, and share this knowledge with anyone who is hungry. i have been drawn to nature since i was a child, and i love being outside as much as i can. i try to live as healthy life while indulging a little bit every once and a while too. i feel that leaving as little of a footprint as possible on this earth is a life goal of mine too. oh, and i have a small addiction to tattoos

i have a decent amount of culinary knowledge, but im constantly trying to learn new things. i love to make people smile by cooking for them. im extremely curious about other cultures and people, and i think experiencing them first hand is the best way to learn.
