ABOUT ME

I'm a fun loving guy and am always up for a new adventure. I grew up in a small town of 30,000 people in Kentucky and attend a college in Michigan where the city pop. is about 70,000. Needless to say, my current study abroad experience in Beijing is a chance to break that bubble and take the Orient by storm!

I don't always pursue immediate gratification but rather follow a "work now play later" philosophy. Note that I include time for both. :) I'm am excited about the opportunities couch surfing can bring me and the people I can meet through this organization.

PHILOSOPHY

I love God and have been saved from my sins by Jesus Christ! While this does not make a self-righteous bigot or any other of the bad stereotypes attached to Christians, being a Christian does give me a unique perspective on life that is really interesting to bounce off of others.

Currently a couch-surfing virgin, I'm about to sneak out of the (figurative) back door and give this thing a shot.

I make 30 minute brownies in 20 minutes. Unfortunately, this is a secret that cost millions of dollars and hundreds of lives to acquire and I cannot share it.

On the other hand, I would like to learn how to dance the cumbia is anyone knows how.
