Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Looking to expand by joining more groups and making CS my home web-based community (as opposed to Facebook etc).

Since I am a student and limited to travel. I currently participate by hosting surfers - providing local/regional.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have not really surfed within the CS community. Have slept on various surfaces, however - through out life. The notion that there is an organized community dedicated to the lifestyle and promotion of CS makes my heart very happy.

Music, Movies, and Books

In due honesty - I shouldn't waste too much energy filling this in.

I say - "try me."

Movies - Favorite move is Angus I enjoy the works of Charlie Kaufman, Genndy Tartakovsky, Richard Linklater and so much more

Books - I am not a avid reader, but I absorb whatever I pick up. Currently read slaughter house 5 by Kurt Vonnegout

Music - anything that is genuine. Mostly into artists who understand the impact and prominance of thier craft. I find this in hip-hop mostly. Collective Efforts, Sweatshop Union, Lyrics Born, Reggie Watts the list goes on and on.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being a Youth Pastor I saw some amazing things happen to Kids.

There are fundamental and traditional mechanisms for defining god that I do not want to get wrapped up in. But stepping outside of these I have begun to see the fingerprints of something amazing going on.

Indescribable stuff! Every time, at the tail end of these events I see the Cheshire Cat smiling at me.

I have jumped off some cliffs into water in my day.

I would like to take a vow of silence some day.

Teach, Learn, Share

My trade is bar tending. I feel that it is a way for my to accumulate perspective and share insight. It is a hub for meeting people.

I teach Youth Development.

I am student and eager to learn about everything.

I truly have serious case of Wonder Lust.
