Sociable, open-minded and outgoing. My name is Juan Brill and next year I'll start college in Barcelona , Spain which is the city where I was raised. I was born in Buenos Aires and I moved to Barcelona when I was 3 years old. I was raised there and when I was 16 years old, I moved to Ardsley, New York. I am a very open minded person, always willing to learn about new cultures and I consider myself as a very sociable person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am willing to start my couchsurfing experience since I find that it is an incredible way to discover a city and get to know different lifestyles. From the first moment I heard about this platform, I knew I had to try it. Discovering a city with locals, attending to local events, getting to know their way of life and contributing my own experiences with them sounded extremely appealing. This is why I decided to use coachsurfing as a way to discover a city.

I really enjoy indie music, and my favourite groups are the vaccines, declan Mckenna and crystal fighters. I also enjoy alternative rock, my favourite band being Muse . In terms of books, I enjoy latin-american authors like Juan Rulfo, García Márquez or Horacio Quiroga.

I am willing to learn anything my hosts is wiling to teach me. I have always wanted to play the guitar or a music instrument. I can share with them my culture, a mixture between latin-american and european influences. I could teach spanish or catalan.
