Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I spent too much time alone in hotel rooms while traveling for work. For the past several years I have managed to stay away form hotels and only stayed with Airbnb hosts. During a recent trip, I made new friends who recommended Couchsurfing as an even better alternative to both find lodging when traveling, and meet new people while hosting travelers.

My tastes in music, movies and books are eclectic to the extreme.

Movies: anything by the Cohen Brothers. Can't wait to see the new Blade Runner.
Books: lots of philosophy! I've lately been exploring topics on philosophy of mind, with a detour into the realm of AI.
