About Me

Hey there,

as you probably know already my name is Juan. I started traveling the world back in 2010 when I did a study abroad in Barcelona, Spain. During my semester in Barcelona, I traveled to many different countries (England, Netherlands, Italy, Czech Republic, Germany, France). In 2011 I did a school event in China and got to climb the Great Wall, which was AWESOME!!!

Anyways, I'm very into sports, outdoor activities, and eating healthy. I go out and drink at bars every now and then, but most of the time, I choose to spend my money on experiences rather than alcohol. I like hiking, chilling at the beach, surfing, playing soccer or any other sport... My main passion in life is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

I'm very chilled and open minded. Most of the best experience I have had in my life has honestly been abroad with people that I barely knew and I want to keep having many more

Cheers!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Like I mentioned earlier, most of the best experiences in my life have come from complete strangers in a different country. Learning from different people, all coming from different cultures has brought a lot of joy to my life. The more people I meet, the more I learn and grow as a person; thus, joining Couchsurfing will probably enhance those experiences

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Quit the Corporate America 9-5 job and live life to its fullest

Teach, Learn, Share

Do not simply quit a job and pretend you are going to figure it out after; NO!!! Rather, while you still have the job, do your homework and start looking for opportunities on how you can quit your job and still make a living

What I Can Share with Hosts
