我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I joined couchsurfing several months ago, not knowing what to expect. So far we have hosted five guests. Every one of them was a delight. It's so much fun to get to know new people from all over the world, to share a meal and conversation. It's a great way to learn about other people and their lives. And a great way to make travel more affordable.

兴趣

I am interested in almost everything, probably because I am a writer. I am an avid gardner, home-maker, decorator, ride my bicycle daily, love to travel, write songs, record, perform and binge watch TV series on dvd or netflix.

I love all kinds of music, as long as it's good. And the same is true of movies and books. I will add more specifics later.

Four years ago, in Fort Worth, Texas, I dove in The Trinity River and saved an 8-year-old boy from drowning. But my good samaritan deed was bittersweet. The boy's mother jumped in before I could get there, and she drowned.
