ABOUT ME

Today I am an old man although at heart I am still 25. Think I am in very good shape. No alcohol or smoke in my life since ten years.

PHILOSOPHY

To stay in good health up until I am 90. I want to keep my body in a condition that I can be proud of through a lot of excercise. I want to continue to develop my Latin languages to keep my mind in shape. Finally, I like to keep a healthy diet

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have seen so many amazing things that it is too hard to chose one.
Tiananmen Square in Beijing, Red Squre in Moscow, Zocalo i Mexico City, the famous places from the bible in Israel, upstreams on Gambia River in Africa, to be on the top of Kebnekajse, the highest mountain in Sweden, with my son and his daughter, Angel falls in Venezuela, Machu Picchu in Peru, Amazonas and Manaus in Brazil. All voluneer work I have made in Latin America.
