ABOUT ME

Dancing is my passion. I love International folk dance, contra dance, swing dance, ballroom dance, Irish set dance, Cajun/Zydeco dance, and (currently learning) country line dancing and Argentine tango.

Since I recently retired from teaching, I've been able to travel and pursue new activities. I'm looking forward to lots of new adventures.
My other interests include active things I can do outdoors like bicycling, hiking, cross-country skiing, sailing, and kayaking. I just started going on bird walks with some avid bird watchers.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've surfed about a half dozen times and hosted about the same. Every host and guest has been great.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed with a couple in Atlanta, and just realized they are part of the Couch Surfing network--didn't know it when I was referred by a friend.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've raised four amazing children, who are now independent, caring, active people and I enjoy spending time with them. I also have four adorable grandchildren.

On a trip to Greece, I rented a motorcycle and toured the island of Santarini.
