Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My roommate here in Vienna had couchsurfers and I liked the idea of sharing our flat with people that just need a place to stay or want to have an insight into austrian life. There is so much space that´s not been used in houses and flats. And I think no or less money should keep people from traveling and seeing new things. I love the idea of meeting new people and sharing something with a stranger who can quickly become a friend. Therefore I want to offer our flat to wonderful people from around the world and have an insight into other people's life by staying with them for a few days.

Interests

one of my biggest compasstion is dancing and discovering the body through different ways. especially Salsa, ContactImprovisation, Contemporary and all kinds of movements that make me happy. gardening in our beautiful yard. getting inspired by people, ideas and books. making music with my Ukulele and other instruments that I am learning to play. exploring myself and others. have some quality time with my beautiful roommates. having sun in my face. thinking of and trying out new forms of society where community and collectivity is more important. all thoughts, ideas and projects that help creating a sustainable future. degrowth. nonviolent communication.
one of my biggest interest is to discover myself, get in touch with myself through movement, dance and other ways. I also love to talk about this with people and listen about their ways of getting in touch, feeling alive and feeling there inner truth.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is always there and part of my life. Since a few month I am learning to play the Ukulele and I love singing with it. I like to listen to SALSA, reggae, electro-swing,singer/songwriter things, even hip hop, everything that just feels right. Some artists that I like are, mumford and sons, the Shins, dunkelbunt and everything that somehow touches my soul and makes me dance, sing and relax. I like to play the piano and I am trying my first songs on the ukulele and the guitar.
oh and reading? I like novels and all books that either make me totally fall into
oh and you should definitly watch the movie "das Ende ist mein Anfang" it´s great.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: to accompany someone on the piano (basic version),a few chords on the Ukulele, making good jam, Salsa, body work and exercises.
Learn: I would love to improve my Ukulele skills! If you have any salsa moves I don´t know, I would love to learn them. Oh, all kinds of new dances I´m interested in. I would love to discover the Improdance world in other countries and visit a workshop.
I am also interested in nature & gardening, so I will ask you about randomn plants.
Share: Everything in life should be shared. music, talks, ideas, time.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I hope I am quite uncomplicated! so don't worry about me as a surfer. I would like to spend some time with you, meeting yours friends or stroll around town independently while you are working . I could also cook for my hosts. I would love to share stories, ideas and hear some from you to enrich each other.
