I'm a bit of a health nut so anything related to physical activity and healthy food. Don't get me started on my race bike (who's name is baby), You will never hear the end of it. I'm also in love with the arts, politics, history. I play the piano, rugby, run, swim, bike, field hockey, kitesurf. Oh and of course travelling. Love it.

I can definitely share a bit about healthy living. That's totally up my alley. Otherwise I know about different technicalities of some specific sports such as running, swimming, biking and kitesurfing. I'll be happy to share tips about the tricky stuff that will get you to go further and tips about what to eat. I don't believe in prohibitive diets by the way. I believe in eating until you feel full, but eating the right stuff.
