Update: Siargao Island as of July 2025

I’m Pearl, 32yrs old from the Philippines. Been floating around Southeast Asia for more than two years now currently soaking up life in Bangkok since December 2024, with plans to explore East Asia next month.

My journey has been a mix of adventure and adaptability. I once taught English in Siem Reap, Cambodia, but before that, I spent over five years in Kuwait, where I learned the culture and the language. I am fluent in English, Cebuano, and Filipino, and currently challenging myself with Japanese and Spanish, and the usual thing is learning the basic words in each of the countries I've visited.

I have a deep passion for sewing, photography and video editing—always on the lookout for that perfect shot or a story waiting to be told.
I'm all about new discoveries and experiences, anything that makes life feel a little more lifer.

Outdoors? Count me in! Hiking, cycling, mountain climbing, and badminton keep me moving. But I also love slowing down, meeting new people, exchanging stories, and making friends across cultures.
