Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have a friend who does couchsurfing and she encouraged me to check it out for myself. She's traveled all over Europe and told me its an excellent way to connect and know people. And since she knows I love meeting people, she encouraged me to try it. =)

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a huge comic book geek. My favorite super heroes (they are both equal to me in my eyes) are Batman and the Flash. To me, DC is before Marvel just because of the emotional and human aspect of DC. Marvel is more upbeat for my taste.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going to the South part of India to help the "untouchables". Being able to help them and serve them to make a difference in their lives is priceless. People are more than what society defines them to be. I tend to be part of charities in helping the homeless, and I have also gone to El Salvador to help Orphaned children affected by the chaos of what's occurring in the country.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have tutored young ones starting from Kindergarten to 8th grade. I also teach people to snowboard and learn English if they are international students. I learn new things every day from people I meet either on the street, work, or school. I love to share my personality, thoughts and ideas to people in order to learn how others around me are.

I can share with them my experiences, travels, and knowledge. Like i said, I love to meet people and to learn from them. =)
