My body is my temple. But "I" is not something separate from the "outside" world. Environmental issues are close to my heart and they reflect my philosophy for life. Live and let live.

I love cook and to move and exercise, which is probably why I am studying to become a therapist. I want to embody health in all areas of life, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. No matter how corny it sounds.. :')

My idea of a fun is good food, a book or a movie, a stroll to the beach, running in the woods, a theatre show or just hanging with close friends. Noisy nightclubs? Not so much (atleast in moderation).

My mind is my greatest ally but also enemy. It sometimes wanders off and as it does, I may laugh at seemingly nothing. Please bare with me! I'm a fun-loving guy, who likes to goof around and try new things. But I also enjoy solitude from time to time.

I joined couchsurfing for my trip to Sweden. I had heard great stories from my friend about the site and now that the opportunity arose I decided to join.

Nutrition, movement (as in exercise of all kinds, sprinting and bodyweight especially) and health in general. I love to read books and articles but I have noticed that conversations are much more interesting on the subject.
Also spiritual growth in various areas.
