ABOUT ME

I'd say my #1 and #2 interests are spirituality and nutrition/preventive medicine. Along with that I love dancing, gaming, dance dance revolution (dancing game), naturopathy, acupuncture, buddhism, Ken Wilber books, climbing trees, travel when I can afford it, holding nondual views, paradoxes, meditation, reading, high quality food, contact improv, culture that values friendliness, the universal healthcare and time-off-for-having-kids systems exemplified in Scandanavia, karaoke, music, TaiJi and speaking a bit of Japanese.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first stay was for a naturopathic medicine convention in Tacoma, Washington, the experience was great, and we even did Karaoke together! The second was for the same convention in Arizona...I've done a small amount of hosting, all of which went well.

I have gone to two 10-day goenka vipassana meditation retreats thus far. Also paraglided off of the swiss alps.
