About Me
Hello out there,
My friends call me Julie. Please do so as well :)
I am on a three months sabbatical from my job to travel and pause. Pause from my everyday. And looking to make these three months something special and extraordinary.
I am travelling the old route 66 across the US on my motorcycle all the way from LA to Chicago. And I would like to not only see the road, but meet all the people living in its reach.
I'm bubbly and always curious to learn about other people's lives, views and cultures.
Like Humboldt said "The most dangerous world view, is the view of those, who have not viewed the world".
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I don't like the anonimity of hotels and hope to meet open minded locals and hosts that look forward to sharing a few days of their lives with me :)
Interests
I started motorbiking two three ago and very much enjoy getting outdoors and try new stuff.
I love cheese and beer and both tastes better when shared with a humorous person that has lots of stories to tell.
- culture
- motorcycles
- traveling
- outdoor activities
- scuba diving
- poetry slam
