Über mich
ABOUT US
Hi! We’re (Julia and Amit), a married couple in our 30s & 40s who love exploring new cultures, making genuine connections, and sharing good food and laughter along the way. We're easygoing, respectful, and always curious to learn from the places and people we meet. Whether it's a deep conversation over coffee or a spontaneous adventure, we believe travel is best when it's shared. Looking forward to meeting kind souls and building memories across the globe! We mostly start our day with meditation and spend our day serving people in need in various ways.
I think better would be that you experience us and make your own opinion and understanding about us. for now, would be more authentic to read references and know from people we have hosted or stayed with or have hosted so far. :)
NOTE: This was initially Amit's profile but now we both use it for our travels.
Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin
We’ve had the joy of couchsurfing many times, and each experience has been enriching and memorable. we travel often and genuinely value the opportunity to connect with locals and fellow travelers. Even for our marriage in Denmark, We were luck enough to be hosted by a wonderful host who has now become a very close friend. For us, these meaningful exchanges are one of the most authentic ways to discover the world, reflect on myself, and fully embrace the journey of life.

Watching Cartoon, Meditation, Laughing, smiling, talking, shouting, humor, dance, party, music, art, wINe (Not anymore), watching cartoons, theater, coffee, vOdKa (Not Anymore), argument, rUm (Not Anymore), critical thinking, chai tea, friends, family, dessert, traveling, RaiN, culture, social diversity, justice, learning by doing, economics, politics, sharing, adventure, taking risK, reading, spirituality, yoga, writing, making food for others, hiking, camping, napping, sometimes annoying my friends... Amit has special affection for nature, specially rivers, he loves to sit on bank of river for hours and listen to it. Rivers teach us continuity of existence and life :) No matter what happens, the show must go on! :)
Our another love is spending time with children, playing with them, keeping so called "maturity" aside and becoming one of them to discover my own self in true manner. We both love it.
Amit enjoys intellectual and philosophical conversations. He is a bit mad about it. :D Humor is an important element of our life. :)

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe
Once I failed in all subjects in a mid term exams, it was amazing to make this experience lol ;) it's going to come out during our interaction.
Lehren, lernen, teilen
look within, the outside universe is nothing but merely object, your troubles outside are merely manifestation of trouble within.
And
We live in the world we collectively create, Lets be careful and critical to whatever our minds tell us to do.
And
Lets learn to let go, nothing is permanent, spreading love and peace is more fun than getting trapped in Ego and Anger.
Was ich mit Gastgebern teilen kann

My friends say that I can cook good north Indian food, apart from cooking I can do all household works. if there is any other work, I am always keen to extend my hand. Anything that is required and I can do or in short term I can learn to do.
