Overview
About Me
Hey everyone! My name's Julia and I'm a 28 year old from Melbourne, Australia. I'm a fun-loving, easy going and liberal person who enjoys meaningful conversations, hiking, yoga, playing piano, music festivals, djing and the odd dance party :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm about to take off on a solo adventure through the US, Central and South America over the next year and thought this was as good a time as any to give Couchsurfing a go! I'm on Couchsurfing to meet like-minded, fun-loving and free-spirited types along my travels and see and see where these connections take me.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love all kinds of electronic music but particularly underground house and techno.
My favourite movies include the Truman Show and Goodwill Hunting.
I'm into page turning thrillers like Gone Girl and heart warming coming of age stories like Jasper Jones.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Doing the Overland Track in Tasmania in the midst of a snow storm was pretty exhilarating!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can offer up my piano skills if you've got an instrument gathering dust in the corner of your house and would love to pick up some Spanish before I head off to Central and South America.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'd love to cook you a meal over a bottle of wine and play you some tunes. And if you're into hiking I'd love to go on a hike with you and share meaningful conversations about life and the world we live in.
