I'm from Ukraine, i had never traveled anywhere. Suddenly one day my life change we packed bags and moved to Cyprus. Everything was strange, new and unknown. Slowly i start learning languages, meeting new people and making friends. Having lived here almost half of my life i feel this country became a better home than the country i was born in. I feel like i know every corner of this small and beautiful island. The people are so kind and helpful that you feel like they are your family. They will always smile and say Hello. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to travel but never had a chance to travel around the world. Therefore i'm here to meet people who travel and from them to learn about other countries, to learn their experiences and find new friends. I'm only able to travel around the places i live. Cyprus is so small that to go from one city to another will take from 30 min to 2 hour maximum, this gives a chance to visit the country in very short period of time and still be able to see everything. But longer holidays are the best and Cyprus is the place to relax: go on the beach, sunbath, go hiking in mountains, visit ancient ruins and museums and after a long day of exploring is time to taste national cuisine and experiences islands night life.

Interests

I'm very active person, some times i believe im to active because im not even able to sit home full day, i always have to be somewhere or do something, work, study, meet with friends and party. I like listening to music which keeps me busy and also helps to think. I love swimming but when you live far from sea you believe that if you had a sea near you would swim every day but in realty, we swim 1-2 days a week and even this is if lucky. I love spending time outside, for example walking in mountains or even around the city and walking with my dog. :P
