I spent time with a friend traveling and we used couchsurfing, it was such a cool way to be able to meet new people and see cities and countries even, it was such a more legitimate way to see a place!
I love the idea of an exchange of ideas and conversation as currency, as getting to hear other people's stories is one of my favorite things.
