About Me

Hi Im Julia, 19 years old and right know I am starting a one month Interrail Trip for which I want to try out couch Surfing. I am travelling with my Best friend Charlotte also 19 so we come in a pack of two. Our first destination will be Ljubljana and we want to make our way down South through Bosnien, Montenegro and Albania. We both just finished a gap year volunteering in schools, Charlotte in Chile and I in Tanzania. We both travelled a lot in both countries and fell in love with travelling with locals to get more insides about the country and the culture. We came across Couchsurfing and really liked the concept and wanted to try it out for our Interrail Trip. We are both very open and active people who like a good adventure and spontaneous trips. We are big foodlovers and we like being creative wether it is by drawing or sewing.
We are open for any kind of adventure and Hope you are too
Greetings

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was in Tanzania my host family had a really old Pickup and the workers from the farm always rode on the back of the car. One day me and a friend asked if they would be able to pick us up from the school with the car, because it was our dream to ride in the back of the car. The ride was only supposed to be 2 minutes, but when they picked us up they had different plans. We drove through the whole afternoon visited the workers family in the village, drove through the sunset and had some kids joining us in the back. The whole trip was so unexpected and thats what I love the most about it. I love when the day turns out completely different than expected but a hundred times better because of a spontaneous adventure.
